Check by Mail
Send a check by mail to our headquarters branch in Kensington, MD. Checks should be made payable to:

The following additional information needs to be provided on mailed paper checks:
- Correct Payee’s name and mailing address
- Short memo addressing the external bill payer check payment request
- Signal Financial Federal Credit Union loan number within the check’s memo line
- If no memo line or no loan number is present on the check or with accompanying documentation, or if our credit union staff is unable to identify the intended destination for the mailed check payment by any other means, checks will be applied to the active checking or savings account available under the remitters’ name
- Signal Financial reserves the right to charge late fees for late payments received after the loan grace period in accordance with our Loan Agreements in place
